Agreement and acceptance
These terms form the agreement between you and Winkey. By registering, depositing or placing a wager, you accept every clause set out below. Please read carefully.
We launched in 2026 as a crypto-first casino serving players in Australia. Our platform accepts digital currency only — BTC, ETH, USDT and BNB — and all balances and bonuses are handled accordingly. Should any part of these terms conflict with a specific promotional rule, the promotional rule takes precedence for that offer. If you disagree with anything here, do not use the service.
Who may play
You must be at least 18 years of age. That is the floor, and we verify it. Access is restricted to jurisdictions where online gaming with cryptocurrency is lawful, and it is your responsibility to confirm that playing is legal where you live.
By opening an account you confirm that the funds you deposit are your own and lawfully held. We may refuse registration, suspend access, or void play where a person acts on behalf of a prohibited jurisdiction or misrepresents their location or identity. Employees, their close relatives and anyone connected to our operation are not permitted to play for real value.
Complaints, governing terms and changes

Deposits, withdrawals and identity checks
Deposits are made in supported cryptocurrencies and credited once the network confirms the transaction. Withdrawals are processed to a wallet in the same currency. We aim to settle withdrawals within up to 5 business days; in practice many clear faster once checks are complete.
Before your first withdrawal we require identity verification (KYC). This protects your balance and helps us meet anti-money-laundering obligations. We may request proof of identity, address or ownership of a wallet, and we may hold a payout until the review is finished. Transactions suspected of fraud, chargeback abuse or money laundering can be frozen and reported.
Your account and the one-account rule
One account per person, household, device and IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed. Any winnings generated through a second or linked account may be voided at our discretion.
Keep your login credentials private — activity under your account is treated as yours. Register with accurate details and update them promptly if anything changes. Fair play, liability and closing an account
Do not use bots, collusion, exploits or any software that interferes with normal play. We reserve the right to void results arising from a game malfunction or obvious error in odds or payouts.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for interruptions beyond our reasonable control. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be treated as dormant, and we will attempt to return any remaining crypto balance to you. Bonuses and wagering
Our new players may receive 100 free spins on registration with no deposit required; winnings from those spins carry 40x wagering before they can be withdrawn. Separate deposit-match offers, such as our welcome bonus, have their own conditions shown at the point you claim them.
Bonus funds are a privilege, not a right. We may withdraw an offer, adjust its terms, or void a bonus and associated winnings where we detect abuse — for example, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering, or stakes that exceed a stated limit. Only one active welcome offer applies per account.
